Hi – thanks for dropping by my blog – that gave me the chance to come here -a nd even though I am not vegan and actually believe body type (blood type) determines one’s meat needs – well I still really liked this post because I think it is amazing that plants can offer so much – sure are amazing…. 🙂 ❤

    • Thanks for your comment. I gave vegan a go over a year ago, just to try after having studied about all the benefits.. and it felt good, so I started to spread the word. However I’m not fanatical about it, it’s just a choice that everyone’s entitled to make, particularly if it feels good and if you’re not feeling like you’re missing something all the time or if it’s too hard to do. In fact, if you have a social life, or you eat out often, then that can be quite challenging at times. It is amazing how much you start to appreciate all the different varieties of fruit, vegetables and pulses like chickpeas, lentils, quinoa, couscous etc. I never thought any of those things would give me such energy before trying it myself.
