It’s a beautiful area of the Piemonte region, situated north of Turin, at the foot of the mountains.

It’s the beginning of April, the air is fresh and the snow still covers most of the mountain

Several lakes are present in the area and can be seen in the distance

This beautiful area is like an outdoor playground, where many activities are enjoyed, including cycling, mountain biking, water skiing & wakeboarding, paragliding and many more. You can get here by flying to Milan Malpensa or Turin and a short drive. Many hotels and accommodation facilities can be found by the lakes or in the local towns. Most popular towns  in the vicinity are Ivrea and Biella, but there are many small villages full of character that are also worth a visit.
